Our bespoke workshops are designed to help young people develop their physical health and mental health, emotional intelligence, social skills, critical thinking, creative thinking, problem solving and acquire growth mindsets; they will be better prepared to handle the challenges of everyday life, replace negative thoughts, deal with stress, and be able to work towards achieving their goals..
Young people will gain an increased self-awareness which will enable them to monitor, challenge and replace their negative thoughts and behaviours. They will learn how to motivate themselves and others and use critical thinking skills to better assess situations. They will also learn how to problem solve effectively, communicate effectively and set smart goals.

Our crime prevention presentations and workshops are aimed at addressing anti social behaviour, violent behaviour, drug abuse, county lines, and knife crime.
Our programme coordinator has been working closely with ex offenders who have turned their lives around for the better and now are working as advisers with local authorities and organisations to help young people stay away from crime and lead positive and productive lives.
Their insights into crime from a first hand perspective and their awareness of the many factors that influenced their decision making that lead to criminal behaviour, allows our programs to be more effective at dealing with crime prevention than other programmes written without that first hand knowledge and experience.

The majority of us find useful ways to express ourselves, in a law abiding way whatever the situation, whether we lose something valuable or our favourite football teams wins the league, whether were happy, sad or angry, whatever the emotion, we express ourselves without being a danger or causing harm to ourselves, others, material possessions or the environment.
For many though, due to their learned behaviours, codes of conduct and values and/or lack of emotional management, find it extremely hard to do so in a law abiding way.
Here's where our creative arts workshops come in.
Our workshops are designed to teach young peoples how to express themselves positively and creatively, while providing a platform for them to be heard. Its an opportunity for young peoples to engage in fun activities and learn new positive ways to express themselves, which they can use as tools to build self confidence and relieve stress and mild depression. We will also teach young people how to turn their talents into skills which could open up potential career paths to them should they choose to take it further.
Our instructors are there to help and encourage young people to put their feelings into their creative projects, and help them to put together a piece of work they can be proud of. Another benefit of using our workshops is that our instructors are also experienced mentors and will offer extra guidance, motivation and emotional support.
