Our story

 ReGenesis Youth UK was founded in 2019, inspired by the powerful journey of personal and professional transformation of our co-founder Dwayne Wallace. His lived experience of overcoming adversity became the driving force behind the creation of ReGenesis Youth.

Witnessing first-hand the challenges faced by young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, our co-founder turned his story of resilience into a mission to empower others.

With a deep understanding of the struggles of at-risk youth, ReGenesis Youth was conceived as a beacon of hope and change.  

 At ReGenesis Youth UK, we envision a world where every young person regardless of their background has the opportunity to realise their full potential and contribute positively to society. 

Focusing on at-risk youth aged 9-25 in Birmingham, particularly those from disadvantaged areas, our vision is to break cycles of trauma, disadvantage, and unemployment. 

We aim to equip young people with the confidence, self-belief, and skills needed to pursue education, avoid criminal pathways, secure meaningful employment, and build brighter, more purposeful futures for themselves and their communities.
